Sales Terms & Conditions

These Sales Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of products and services from Breeze IT, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"). By purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Breeze IT provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, IT consulting, backup & disaster recovery, and VoIP telecommunications services as described in individual service agreements.

2. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

3. Service Level Agreement

Service levels, response times, and uptime guarantees are defined in individual service agreements. Standard SLAs apply unless otherwise specified.

4. Term & Termination

Service agreements are typically for a minimum term of 12 months. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the initial term.
